Bridget Telencio

Hello My Name is Bridget Telencio. I have been at Big Creek for a little over a year. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I am married to my wonderful husband Mike who shares my love of animals. My love of dogs was nurtured by my mother who got me a collie at the age of 3. Since then, I have owned Papillons, and mixed breeds. I first began to teach agility and obedience in 2001. I mentored under Greta Marchus. My first competition dog was Sarge a Dalmatian who I showed in Agility, obedience, flyball and tracking. Lance was my next Dalmatian and I have shown him in many sports; conformation, agility, rally, flyball, road trial, and his favorite dock diving. He is now enjoying retirement at home with his own pool! My current competition dog is Lava, a working line Belgian Tervuren. At the age of 3, she is competing in Excellent agility in AKC and we compete in USDAA where she is in Advanced level. We have shown in C-wag Obedience and Rally. Our current goal is training for Mondio Ring, which is a protection work sport. In addition to working at Big Creek I teach obedience classes at Canine affair Center in Chesterland .
