New Clients

All of our clients can expect our full attention to their pets’ needs. Our service is always provided with courtesy and respect to pets and their people.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our receptionist. The receptionist will check you and your pet in and escort you into one of our seven examination rooms. Our goal is to see all patients at their appointment time, though occasionally emergencies will delay us.

In our practice, a veterinarian will meet your pet first and discuss your pet’s history and its current needs. The veterinarian will then perform a full nose to tail physical examination, answer any questions you may have, and plan any further diagnostics or treatments as deemed necessary.

Our hospital is equipped with a full service in house laboratory, digital x-ray, endoscopy, and therapy laser. Most often, we will be able to perform your pet’s diagnostic tests while you wait in our comfortable waiting room. Once your pet’s tests are completed, you will then meet with the veterinarian again to discuss the results, obtain medications your pet may need, and ask any more questions you may have. Our receptionist will then handle billing and schedule any needed follow up appointments.
